'Stayed in suite. Bathroom on one side the toilet was full of fecal matter and stains. Like someone had just taken a fresh dookie in it before I checked in. The floor had a bunch of “dust bunny” collections on it. Fridge on one side wasn’t plugged in and thus, when I did plug in it didn’t work'

The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. Some of the staff was rude and acted like they just didn’t care and then acted like it was our fault '

'The physical exterior was bland and the interior room had received some updating. It was nice to have numerous usb ports. I was informed the room was a supreme king. The room was small and with one chair. I later learned that all rooms had one chair. The other guests had poor manners a were loudly running their car with reving the engine. The ac/heat wall unit made noise all night long and was informed that there has never had a complaint; I doubt this. At first we thought the noise was water...

Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back.'
