'Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.'

'Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. 'I will focus only on areas of possible improvement which are: - lack of blackout drapes or their correct installation - lack of space for arrangement in the bathroom - cleaning up the main entrance which is very disturbing covered by anti-tourism posters and signs VERY IMPORTANT is to know that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so no vehicle can get in to the street. You need to take care of your luggage to the entrance and much worse through steep, narrow and twisted stairs. Impossible for...

'The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.'

Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful.
