'We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Everything was perfect , the only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the room, but then again it was clean so no complaints.'

'Beautiful property close to everything and on a very lively street, if you want peace and quiet this might not be the place for you since the hotel is close to music and traffic but conveniently located close to coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool area is beautiful and very private, and the hotel restaurant has delicious food and drinks. We loved the staff who were very professional and very welcoming.'

'Room was too small and smelly (as when doors are always shut, the room doesn’t have any ventilation/windows). You can hear what happens next door. Walls are cardboard so you hear everything around the building! Metal frame of the building vibrates when people walks by or takes the stairs. We stayed next to the hotel toilets and someone was sick and blowing his nose and spitting from 6am and none took care of it. We didn’t stay for breakfast even when included. Bedding looked clean and tiny...

'el ruido nocturno de las obras aledañas no te dejan descansar a gusto, la radio con alto volumen por la noche llega a los cueros del tercer nivel. La habitaciones limpias excepto la regadera que muestra hongos en la regadera (parte baja del cancel del baño en la canaleta de desagüe) ésta si bien, cuenta con lo minimo necesario algunos blancos (tapetes de piso y toallas de manos) estan en mala condiciones (deshilachados)'

'Everything good, things that can improve: the water pressure is low, and there are no “Do not disturb” door signs, so a cleaning lady knocked on the door in the morning, even though we were checking out that same day. Otherwise comfortable, clean hotel in front of a shopping mall.'

'Casa Serdan is a nice petit hotel in Morelia only 4 blocks away from the heart of the city The property is well kept and very clean One good thing is that all room are furnished with a kitchen if you want to cook rather that going out to a restaurant The only inconvenience is that the bathrooms are in the second floor if you have trouble claiming stairs that’s a minus Other than that is great'

'This location is wonderful and very economical! Serves larger groups super well with the spacious rooms. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they made our stay feel like home for a short while. Only a short walk to the main city center and cathedral, do highly recommend!'
