Fantastische locatie !!! Downtown Frankenmuth / Vraag over het organiseren van een privéfeest

We hebben het geluk dat we slechts 1/2 blok van Main Street, een blok naar de winkels van River Place en minder dan 5 minuten lopen van zowel de Beierse Inn of het restaurant Zehnder in het centrum van Frankenmuth bevinden. U kunt ook aan de overkant lopen en genieten van een rondje golf op de golfbaan Fortress. Het huis heeft een comfortabele huiselijke omgeving met veel karakter. Het is een zeer schone, ruime, mooie, historische woning met originele houten vloeren en overal bekleding. Na een dag winkelen, eten, golfen of ontspannen in een van de lokale biergarten's, geniet je van een terugkeer naar een rustige woonomgeving. Leun achterover en grill op het privéterras met uitzicht op de ruime achtertuin of ga zitten op de grote gezellige veranda en kijk naar de door paarden getrokken koetsen.

We hebben 4 ruime slaapkamers (master op de begane grond), 2 volledige badkamers (één op elke verdieping), kleedkamer (ideaal voor bruiloften), grote volledig uitgeruste keuken, eetkamer met grote vergadertafel, woonkamers boven en beneden, rec kamer met spelletjes en tafeltennistafel. Je zult verliefd worden op de rustige omgeving en veel geweldige voorzieningen! Een perfecte locatie voor uw uitje of retraite in Frankenmuth.

Privefeesten:
Met ons nieuw gerenoveerde koetshuis, grote achtertuin en patio hebben we een intieme, comfortabele sfeer gecreëerd waar vrienden en familie elke gelegenheid samen kunnen vieren. Het is de perfecte plek om alleen tijdens warme seizoenen te entertainen (mei tot september). Extra evenemententoeslag is van toepassing. Another wonderful stay

This is our fifth time at the Brownstone Haus. Lovely, spacious, comfortable home in easy walking distance of all the sights. Kind, communicative hosts. We love it here.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our trip was perfect. We were a group of 6, and the sleeping and accommodations were perfect for us (two couples and two singles). Everything was as described in the VRBO listing.Some in our group golfed Sunday and Monday, and the location was unbelievable, we just gathered our clubs and walked across the street to the Fortress. We grilled steaks our first night, and ate in town our other two nights. The house was well appointed for all of our cooking and other needs. The pool table was a nice touch.We were also lucky to have the balloon festival and dog competitions happening, which gave the non golfers much to do during the day, and the entire group enjoyed the balloons each afternoon. The house was a short 5 minute walk to the festivities and the main drag of Frankenmuth (River Place shops, etc.).We were thrilled with the location for the fireworks, which we enjoyed from the front porch.Our host (Sharon) was great - she sent check in/out instructions, and texted with me a bit as I had a couple of questions for her about the property. She responded quickly and helped with our inquiries. We would definitely return for another visit to Frankenmuth. I can’t imagine staying elsewhere.

Beauty, amenities, convenience

My husband and I, our two children and their spouses, and our four grandchildren (12, 11, 8, 3) fit very comfortably into this charming historic home. We were there for 2 nights over spring break. We especially enjoyed the huge dining room table that provided plenty of room for the family to play games and do activities. Also, it is very convenient - very walkable - to downtown and the Waterpark we took the children to, and to Bronners Christmas World. The owners were very responsive and they were the first to notify I that we left some items - and then to send them to us!! We will definitely stay there again on a future visit to Frankenmuth.

Wedding Party Weekend

My husband and I have many family and friends who stood in our wedding party that live 6 hours away. We wanted to spend our wedding weekend soaking up as much time as possible with these important people. The Brownstone Haus made that possible. The Haus was filled with love, laughter, and many memories were made. The Brownstone accommodated all of us and could not have been a more perfect space for all of us to to enjoy each other's company. It served as a fantastic getting ready space for the morning of the wedding with the bride tribe. The groomsmen came to the house later and captured some amazing photos with the pool table and in the Carriage House. I highly recommend booking this house for any reason. It's a beautiful space that can easily meet the needs of both small and large groups of people any time of year.

The house is lovely, and has every amenity!.. it is also right in the center of all the activities in town. We have come back to this house for several years, and will continue to do so .. Sharon is a very thorough manager, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!

This property exceeded our expectations. Hosts have everything you need for a great stay, and a lot of items you didn't even know you'd need. The property is well set up for couples, families, or groups. Great communication from host. The pictures are actually reflective of the property and amenities (yes, it really does look like that)! Beautiful home, fantastic hosts, great location

The home is exactly like the listing. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect for walking anywhere in Frankenmuth. The street the house is located on is just around the corner from Main Street ensuring a quiet experience. The historic home is perfect. The decor is beautiful without flaw. There are so many great areas of the home perfect for photographs. Next time we are in Frankenmuth we will stay here. Nothing else compares.

Elevated Stay in Frankenmuth!

This house is perfect for any event, family gathering, or a girl's weekend. This house felt like an elevated experience; the beds, towels, and house furnishings were all beautiful. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. We celebrated my bridal shower here and got so many compliments. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.
