5. Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
6. Noise: Please keep noise levels down and refrain from playing loud music after 10 PM.
7. Furniture: Do not rearrange the furniture.
8. Damages: Report any damages immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

Dogs under 50 lbs welcome with prior approval. Must be crated when unattended. $150 non-refundable pet fee applies.
