Annual Friend Vacation
A++ for this property! We vacation with a group of friends every summer in Bethany and have rented at various developments in the area and Forest Landing is our favorite! We were thrilled to find this 5 bedroom house this year. John was an awesome host, a clear and responsive communicator. The house was amazing, very clean, plenty of beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen and the usual household amenities (trash bags, laundry soap, etc). We especially enjoyed spending time outside on the screened-in porch. We look forward to returning!

Great family vacation in Bethany Beach
John was awesome to deal with and the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. He even purchased a pack and play crib for our grand daughter. We all had a great time and commented that this was one of the best house rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It had 12 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The grill was top notch. The screened in porch was a big hit for hanging out after the kids went to sleep. The beach and lots of good restaurants were all within 10 to 15 minutes away. We have already recommended this place to friends and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house, 5 bedrooms and loft bed, to accommodate 6 adults and 6 children. Dishes, cups, glasses and silverware , pots and skillets to prepare meals. Large dining room table and bar stools for dining as a family. Lovely screened in back porch area for family gathering. Close to Rehoboth and Ocean City. Would definitely visit again with our family.

Family vacation
We had a great time! The home was exactly as represented. Loads of space. Especially appreciated loft upstairs which served as play area for the kids. Very nice pool. Easy drive to multiple beaches. Really appreciated all the beach equipment. We had great cooks in our party/-kitchen equipment was great. And we enjoyed grill and screened-in-porch. Lovely neighborhood. Shot walk to pool and fitness center. Host checked in with us on 2nd day. Would definitely stay here again.

Bethany Beach Vacation
I grew up going to Bethany as a kid staying at Sea Colony with my parents and brother. With two kids of my own now I really wanted to keep that tradition alive and start bringing my boys to the beach with my parents and in-laws along for the ride. The house could not have been more perfect. It was in a great and very friendly neighborhood just a 5 minute drive from downtown Bethany, 20 or so from Rehoboth. The house was spotless and exactly as listed. We had a small issue with the dishwasher not working, but after messaging John, the owner, he came over to the house himself and replaced. He was extremely nice to chat with and we were so happpy and thankful for taking the time out of his Monday. Each bedroom was great in size, the owners suite is the only one with an en-suite bathroom, but there were plenty to make use of. We made liberal use of a very spacious outdoor screened-in porch, and there was a brand new Weber grill that we used a couple of times for dinner at the house. Overall, my family was extremely happy not only with the house, but the overall experience. This home is definitely a 10/10 and I would highly recommend it for you and your family the next time you need a beach getaway.

We stayed for a few days with about 13 of us including toddlers and had so much space and comfort. Everything was clean and organized. John (host) was very attentive and made sure the communication lines remained open for any additional questions we had. We would stay here again next time.

Amazing home
The house was awesome . Very nicely decorated. Extremely clean. It had everything that you would need — plenty of dishes, pots and pans , towels etc. It had several beach chairs , pool toys . The grill worked great . We had a great time . We were a group of 12 people (adults and kids) The beach was a short drive away. Cannot go wrong with this place .

Great spot for family
This was the perfect getaway and the house was spotless. Once the kids went to bed, we could enjoy the screened in porch versus being stuck in the house. It was a short drive to the beach, and the chairs and cart that were available were such a lifesaver! The host was also extremely responsive. Having access to the pool was also amazing since we had two kids. We did have to bring our own linens and bath towels (or pay an extra $200) which we haven’t had to do at a VRBO before, but we made it work and brought our own. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely return.

Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home during a vacation to the Bethany Beach area with extended family. The home was immaculate with nice amenities and well-located in a quiet community with a clubhouse and pool. Great place to stay
The house was beautiful and very new and modern with space for a diverse group of older and young adults and one child. The screened in porch in back was awesome to relax in avoiding avoiding bugs both daytime and evening and the gas grill was great to grill dinner. The guests really enjoyed the pool within the neighborhood (great set-up for kids & adults). We would certainly rent here again! The hosts were also very easy to deal with during booking/pre-trip and also during the stay and checkout.

Very nice and clean property (although cleaning fee was a bit high). Overall very enjoyable experience. House in a perfect condition, with very nice and convenient bedrooms layout as well as spacious kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings. House had everything for an enjoyable beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella and nice covered and mosquito protected terrace. We had a flat tire on Tesla and had to stay extra day because it happened over the holiday. Owners were very nice and understanding. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Wonderful vacation
My family and I loved our stay at this property. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the outdoor screened in porch, great at night for relaxing and listening to the amazing sounds of nature right in the backyard. The owner was super helpful and very accommodating. The whole process was so easy and carefree. The community was beautiful and we loved the pool area & beaches. Everyone is so friendly. Nice big house with room for improvement.
Overall the house was nice and big. Owner was always ready to answer questions. Couple issues: 1) the grill didn't work which I was hoping to use. 2) the internet was TERRIBLE...it kept dropping connections...for some this may not be a big deal but for us it was a big deal for the kids.

Dear Yoosung Kim, Thank you for your feedback. Per your suggestion, we have just purchased a brand new Weber Genesis II S-335 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Stainless Steel for our future customers. This feature may be available as early as next week. We apologizes for the your unsatisfactory experience with the internet connectivity. This seems to be a more recent problem. Since 2018, we chose Mediacom as provider of our TV and Internet service. Mediacom is the biggest provider in this area because other larger companies such as AT&T, Verizon and Comcast do not provide home service for TV and internet. We are reaching out to the company and working to improve the issue.

Excellent house with ample space for 6 adults and 5 teens. Close to most attractions without being cramped into a smaller space by the beach. Clean, new, and airy. One minor hiccup was the WiFi outage for a couple of hours. Would be great to see a fold up ping pong table or something similar for the garage. The kids would have enjoyed that quite a bit. Overall, would highly recommend!

This was a GREAT experience. The homeowner John did a great job communicating with me before and during the stay. The house was very clean, beautifully kept and everything in operational order. The neighborhood was very friendly and beautiful upkeep. The only glitch in whole trip was internet BUT I don’t go on vacation to stay connected to internet. A Wonderful Place For Our Family To Stay!
This home was in an excellent neighborhood in which everyone was friendly. The home was in wonderful condition, contained all the basics things that we expected. It was very clean, well laid out and provided plenty of space for four adults and four children. Spotless and huge house in a beautiful neighborhood
We stayed at the home for 5 days - it was so beautiful. The house was extremely clean when we got there, there was so much space for us all to hang out in the kitchen living room and to all eat together at the dining table. Having a hose outside the garage was great for getting any left over sand off of the chairs before putting them in the garage. The hosts were extremely responsive to all our questions both before and during our stay. The check in process was super easy and clear. The one addition to the description I would say to clarify is that there were no towels - probably due to covid - but that wasn’t clear from the description and emails so we had to go buy some but it was not a big deal. Loved the location and hope to be back with family!

Wonderful Summer Getaway
We frequent VRBO for our family vacation spots and focus on properties that are highly rated. This property met every expectation. The open floor plan allowed the family to interact while meal prep'ing. The back patio area and screened in porch were perfect for the BBQ evenings. The house supplied beach umbrella, sand buggy and chairs. There were two kyacks but we didn't use them. John was awesome on responsiveness. Property is in a lovely community; unfortunately the community pool was closed due to COVID but it gives us something to look forward to next time. This was our first time to Bethany and we found a great place to have a nice family getaway. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and Spacious Home - Repeat Renter
This is our second time renting this beautiful home in the past two years for our annual family summer vacation. The house is as pictured. The open floor plan is ideal for the family to enjoy. Nice Kitchen, Large Dinning Table, Living Room with sizable TV. The owners were very responsive to our queries before and during our stay. The place easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. The House is only a short drive to the Beach, both Bethany and Fenwick Island, but located in a quiet neighborhood with in-ground swimming pool, nice clubhouse, exercise gym, tennis courts and children's playground. We enjoyed use of the screened in porch, cooking several meals on the gas grill and playing yard game after returning from a fun filled day at the beach. Thank you.

Wonderful family vacation Spot
We had the most wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of our stay, the house was perfect and big enough to fit 3 families, each with their own complete bathroom, an amazing backyard and beautiful kitchen. I was afraid to rent a house because of the Pandemic but we found everything so clean and neat that we immediately felt confident. John, our main contact was really helpful and great at responding to every inquire. We didn’t even have to go out of the house because we had everything we need and the kids were entertain the whole time. Very recommended.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood
We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It was very clean upon arrival and exactly as described. We weren’t able to use the pool due to Covid restrictions which I think would have made this spot even more desirable had that been available to us with our small children. The owner was extremely responsive especially given all my questions and uncertainty prior to our stay. He responded immediately to any questions I had during our vacation. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious, clean home, in a quiet neighborhood.

Just as described in the listing, it’s a new house, located in a very nice neighborhood about 10 minutes away from Bethany beach. Everything is nice and clean, and there are pretty much everything you would need for a beach vacation (it would be even better if there were some linens provided especially bulky stuff like bath rugs - but that’s noted in the listing and you can pay some extra money to rent linens). Communication with the owner is easy and smooth, and responses are always prompt. Overall a great experience. Recommend!

Family vacation near Bethany beach
We had a wonderful time together, parents, their married children and 5 fun grandchildren! The house had plenty of room and a great open concept for meals. We used the playground and pool everyday to burn off energy and entertain the children. It was a 10 minute drive to the beach. They only negative was the open concept also let sound travel well so bring sleep machines if adults want to sleep in or children sleep early. It was a great week!

The rental was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We only have a two suggestions for improvements: provide mirrors and chairs in all the bedrooms. Despite these inconveniences, we recommend this rental property.
