Hotel looks cool & staff are friendly. Sauna in the basement sounds sketchy but it’s surprisingly nice. Our room was worn down & in need of a good clean. Bed was hard, 7/10 comfort.

It's ok. There are visible signs of wear in rooms and especially in corridors. Hotel has got the bare necessities - no frills. Location is great. The breakfast was good and I appreciate the free cocktails in lieu of maid service.

Durch Sperrungen wegen einer Fastnachtsveranstaltung war das Erreichen des Hotels sehr erschwert, leider konnte der Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich helfen - Erst auf Nachfrage ob das Parkhaus mit dem Auto erreichbar ist gab es eine teilweise Hilfe. Service und Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer bis auf nicht gut ablaufendes Waschbecken sehr sauber und OK. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Parkhaus gegenüber vom Hotel - Parken mit sehr großen Fahrzeugen wird für viele eine Herausforderung sein. Bei aller Kritik alles in allem sehr zufrieden - ein erneuter Hotelbesuch ist sehr wahrscheinlich.

We decided to stay in this hotel because of the location, and it was great. Walking distance to many places we wanted to visit and close to the metro station, which is very convenient for those places which are a little bit further. We even got there by metro from the airport. Breakfast is great. Room is spacious.

Excellent US American sized hotel
We stopped by Frankfurt for the Christmas market which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Enrique was so helpful! He gave us great walking directions and very kind! In Europe, hotel rooms can be a little smaller (which is fine. We don't come for that.) But this is more traditionally sized American room. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. About 12E from the train station by taxi or there is a metro close! Lots of food, coffee, churches, the opera, etc in the area! Would recommend!

Grundsätzlich ist das nh in Ordnung und das Frühstück sogar sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals (Rezeption) hält sich etwas in Grenzen, die Luft in den Zimmer ist etwas stickig und riecht noch etwas nach altem Rauch. Öffnet man das Fenster ist es nachts allerdings etwas laut.

チェックイン、チェックアウトは並びましたがスムーズでした。 朝食はいつも楽しみにしてて今回も美味しく頂きました。 部屋の洗面の蛇口が壊れてて水が横から飛び出し洗面台が濡れるのが残念でした。

Good for sightseeing.
Hotel staff were friendly. It’s easy to sightseeing around the city. Although the toiletries in the shower booth were provided in bottles, the shampoo etc. were almost empty so I couldn't use them.We need to check them before have a shower.

The room and bathroom were a minimalist design. Fine. However, when I entered the room at 3:30pm, it was freezing cold, and it was hard to figure out the thermostat. They helped me later. There were no loose toiletries, no shower cap, no washcloth, no loose soap. The movable shower head was positioned, so it partially flooded the bathroom. For $345, I expected more.

Servicen inte på topp
Har bott på detta hotel tidigare, då servicen varit bra. Denna gång bar den tyvärr inte så bra. Det fanns inget kaffe vid kaffemaskinen när jag anlände. Sedan fylldes det ej på de andra dagarna heller. Hotellet sa att de inte hade något kaffe till kaffemaskinen. Hade betalt för frukost för alla dagar och bad om en liten frukostpåse för den sista morgonen då taxin skulle hämta upp mig innan restaurangen skulle öppna. Men detta kunde inte ordnas.

What a delightful suite we got for a quick 24hr in Frankfurt. The room was great free mini bar was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful. It was like having our own apartment and would’ve loved to stay longer.
