The Marsu is one of our most organic treehouses at Highlands Treehouse Retreat, designed to feel like a nest with a green roof. Its curved architecture and slanted walls wrap you in nature, while the outdoor suspended net loft right above the hot tub offers the perfect perch. A double shower room with a 20” rain head and outdoor views makes this treehouse a true guest favorite.



The Space:

The Marsu offers 540 sq ft indoors and 350 sq ft outdoors, perfect for a small family or couple. Pet-friendly and ideal for couples or a small family, it features a spacious downstairs bedroom with forest and mountain views, plus an airy loft with direct net access.



Guest Access:

Each guest will enjoy access to the property’s amenities, including the Treetop Playground, Self-Service Boutique, and Natural Spa with Sauna & Cold Plunge (available November 2025).



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you review and sign our vacation rental agreement that will be sent by message. This is a standard step required by North Carolina for all short-term rentals and helps ensure everything is clear and smooth for your stay. Please sign and send it back to us within 48 hours of booking. Without a signed agreement, we won’t be able to honor your reservation, and you will be refunded.
