The service at the hotel, however, was not very efficient and not always helpful, and it was slow. For breakfast, you could choose to pay €18 or €23. The breakfast was acceptable but not extensive: there was no cheese or ham. For €23, fried eggs or scrambled eggs were included, while for €18 only small croissants with jam or Nutella were provided. Overall, the breakfast was quite limited, so I often chose to eat outside the hotel for a better selection and value. It was also not clear that fried eggs are only prepared once you are seated at the table. This was not communicated, so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my breakfast. Only after complaining was I informed about how ordering works. No information was provided about payment; the staff simply told me to take a seat and that someone would come to me, but 30 minutes later, no one had arrived."
