'The customer service is top tier, but for the price I was not super impressed with the state of the hotel. It seemed a bit run down, however, the dinner options and location are perfect and great for a short stay. '

'Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen in het centrum van St François.Sommige personen aan de receptie zijn onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam of gedienstig voor de klanten. Het ontbijt is minimaal en altijd hetzelfde.'

'The hotel is like a fairytale. The pool is lovely with a bar for beverages, the entourage looks great, with the sea at the back. It was the perfect end of our wonderfull honeymoon at the islands. The maintenance is a bit behind but that couldn't do much to the outstanding looks of the hotel. Clearly one we hope to get back to!!'

'The Villa we rented was superb. On the water with a deck over the water. One of many Villas in Jolly Harbour. A short walk to the South Beach (Beautiful Beach). Great Bars and Restaurants at the Marina with live bands. Grocery store and Golf course next to the marina. We rented a golf cart to get around, but you can walk. Jolly Harbour is one of the best places in the world.'

'We stayed in "the Captain", one of the suite-buildings on the resort , supposedly the upmarket sister of the all-inclusive Jolly Beach Resort, but stangely enough this Tranquility Resort is further away from the beach than the Jolly Resort, with no be beach/sea views from the accommodation; the 3 floor suite buildings look a bit outdated, but the suite was huge (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room/kitchen) and comfortable, except there were no (black-out) curtains, just blinds that let the...
