But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'Loved all the activities offered. Great food for the most part. Service was excellent in many areas but a few of the staff acted a bit indifferent or perhaps needed more training. Our room was so nice and directly on the beach. Really enjoyed the yoga, Pilates and water classes. Snorkeling was fun too. We may return but aren’t usually repeat visitors most places. '

'This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. Par contre gros cœur de cœur pour la serveuse italienne dont j’ai oublié le nom avec un sourire et une joie de vivre toute la journée ! Elle se reconnaîtra ! Merci à vous !'
