'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'The customer service is top tier, but for the price I was not super impressed with the state of the hotel. It seemed a bit run down, however, the dinner options and location are perfect and great for a short stay. '

'This very fine hotel is placed on the beach. The staff is excellent and pleasant. The kitchen in all the restaurants of the hotel is very good and tastefull. Our room was good equiped, very clean. The beds were very nice and good.'

But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'Jocelyn and Corinne were lovely hosts, the welcome in the villa was refreshing, thank you for the welcome drinks... The view of the bay is magnificent, we loved the gazebo facing the sea for morning coffee or the sunset. The private access to the beach allowed us to enjoy the pleasure of the loungers in front of the villa without having to take the car. A 3-minute walk away, we discovered the very pleasant Manapany Spa and restaurant.The villa is truly centrally located, close to restaurants...

'Ny wife and I stayed 7 nights at the friendly "boutique" fotel and enjoyed it very much. Very good service and breakfast. Nice location. Car needed to explore the surroundings and the island. Swimming pool rather small and not available during our stay. This was not a big issue as the sea is close by. Ideal for relaxing holiday without kids.'
