We were there to ski and the place was the perfect spot for that. A short drive to Winter Park with easy access to parking at Mary Jane - food store (Safeway) very close to the condo - it fit the bill perfectly!!

This property is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed after ski happy hour and some home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. The space never felt crowded with four adults. The living space was spacious enough for us to relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie. The washer and dryer were useful as well. It felt like a little home away from home! We would surely book again if we head back to Winter Park.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the Lutz's condo for our "White Christmas" vacation. It is conveniently located and the hosts were very nice and helpful. Snow was everywhere. Since we are from Mississippi, it looked like a winter wonderland to us.

Immaculate condition, clean, and charming. The perfect location for a ski vacation with easy access to Winter Park. Bob and Tamara were so helpful and available for any questions. We enjoyed staying here and would absolutely return!!!

This is a beautiful unit, which is perfect for a couple or small family. It is situated up on a ridge with an unobstructed view of the mountain range. This provides proximity to the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resort, but also to wonderful hiking trails. Though the unit sits above Hwy. 40, it is surprisingly quiet and serene. A large Safeway (major supermarket) is just down the road. It is indeed very clean and wonderfully furnished. The kitchen contains full sized appliances and is fully stocked with pots and pans. A full sized washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus for long-term stays. There is a great gas fireplace, which provides a tremendous amount of heat, and adds to the warm ambiance. Parking is a breeze right at the unit. The owners are extremely flexible and communicative. We are frequent renters in the Winter Park/Fraser/Tabernash area, and this place is a true gem. We would definitely come back. Note: Travelers should bring their own shower soap, shampoo, hair dryers, etc., as they are not provided. (We knew to do this because of previous reviews.)

Everything we needed, except; 1) No corkscrew to open our wine. 2) the south bedroom was cold overnight and we had to call to find additional blankets. Otherwise a convenient, awesome property. Best regards, Bob Owen

This is a conveniently located, beautiful and clean condo, great for two couples. We will definitely remember it if we need a place to stay again near Winter Park/Fraser/Granby. It would have been nice if there was a hair dryer, ironing board and iron (we went to a wedding), and I was not able to get the Internet to work with the password provided. Otherwise, everything was lovely!
