Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. THE PET FEE IS $49 NIGHTLY WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days. You may park one vehicle in the garage, and an additional 1 in the driveway in front of the garage. There is no street parking and the driveway is shared so please do not block the neighbors access.
