'The room was excellent and had all the amenities you need to feel like you’re home. The property is walking distance from all public transportation. The building itself is beautiful. 'I was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby. '

'This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The host was great she even helped me book on here when another app cancelled me. The place was beautifulllll down to the decor. She had everything needed to cook your own food, there was tissue in the bathrooms ( most places make you but your own). In the pictures there are no tvs but 2 out of the 3 rooms have tvs which was great! Over all it was a great stay I will be booking again. I loved being able to support her black business '

'Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!'

'The price was right for this three bedroom townhouse a couple miles outside UPenn. The cleaning lady was leaving as we were arriving and was friendly. A few specific things to note about this spot:1) The toilet began overflowing after the first flush and a plumber was called but not available that day. We all had to use one toilet and had to remove water from the floor that had overflowed and started running into the bedrooms.2) There is no living area to hang out. There is a kitchen with some...

'This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.'

'Place was really nice and cozy. The neighborhood was not well lit but didn’t have any problems. I had my 2024 Jeep Wrangler parked down the street and had to walk to the house. We stayed for the Fourth of July so there was some fireworks going off. Neighbors were nice to give the greeting of the day and night. '

'My husband and I enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The house is very old but with the additions there’s plenty of room for family. The only downfall we both experienced is the location is right off of a busy road making it very loud at night and difficult to stay asleep. The host always decorates in a fun, eclectic way that I enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Overall, the location is very close to many tourist destinations and only a short drive from the restaurants...
