'The house is lovely. Quality towels and linens provided. Everything was clean well stocked. We had a wonderful stay until our last day. Unfortunately a cold front came through and we found out the hard way that heat is not included in the rental. The host made a call to a tech and we wasted over three hours (after telling us they were 45 mins away) waiting for him to arrive since she said someone had to be at the house.
