'I booked a room there because I was traveling with three kids and I needed a pool, 3 PM check in and a balcony room. I got none of the above when I showed up at 2:55. And if I wanted the balcony room that I booked I would’ve had to wait longer to get a room with three exhausted kids who just drove six hours so I submitted to the room without the balcony. 'Very enjoyable stay - comfortable beds and close to the Metro. Liked that they had a bar to meet up with friends. We did not eat at the hotel but other restaurants were in close proximity. I would stay there again.'

'Clean room and very convenient'

'The room had a kitchenette and the room was fine. It seemed clean, with the exception of hair around in the bathroom area. We chose it because it had a pool for the kids, but there was no pool.'

'There were bugs in the shower drain, roaches in the bathroom, mold in the shower, room smelled like roaches and cigarettes, rugs felt disgusting and sticky, and there was police presence the night before and morning after my stay.'

'The staff was extremely rude and overbearing. They told me my sister whom checked in with me could no longer stay in the room because I wasn't there as u had to drive back to Philly the next day . Its the most ridiculous and unacceptable to treat customers as you do.'

Mind you I had this reservation months in advance coming from SC for my sister’s graduation. Not to mention I was traveling with kids.
