This fully renovated, in 2022, detached home has everything you could need for your Downtown Frederick stay! Within 2 blocks of The Visitors Center, SkyStage, Carroll Creek, and more, this central location will wow!

This is a pet friendly home with a large backyard for grilling and chilling. After a long day of exploring Frederick, there is nothing better than pulling into a private driveway and enjoying the serenity of this spacious private home.
The space
The Sunshine House is central to everything Frederick has to offer. One of our favorite parts of this house is the less than half mile walk to the "BREW-muda" triangle of Attaboy Brewing, Idiom Brewery, and Smoketown Brewery. Within 2 blocks from Carroll Creek, many of the attractions in Frederick are located on, or intersect with, the creek making it very walkable!

The last thing you want to do after arriving in a new city is to find parking. Whether it be in a garage or on the street, hauling your luggage can be a hassle and parking can quickly get expensive. The Sunshine House has a private driveway that can easily fit two cars making it an ideal location for travelers from near and far!

With en suite full bathrooms attached to both bedrooms, privacy is very front-of-mind. Whether you are traveling with a couple or with your family, the en suite bathrooms can accommodate many different needs. You will love our luxurious and plush beds!

As a pet friendly house, we have a fantastic backyard area for your dog! Complete with a back patio, grill, and outdoor seating, at the Sunshine House you will be able to take advantage of every beautiful day that comes your way.

There is an extra pet fee of $40. If you are bringing your pet, please make sure you let us know in the messaging/booking so we can charge you as apart of your stay and not after the fact!

As remote workers ourselves, we understand the need for a workspace and fast internet connection. We have a fantastic internet package (up to 300 Mbps download) and a desk located in the main bedroom in case you need to hop on a Zoom call before you hop out the door!
Guest access
Guests can access all areas of the home except the basement and owners closet.
Other things to note
The house comes with a smart TV fully loaded with Hulu + with Live TV, Disney +, and ESPN.

This house has a steep staircase and both bedrooms are located upstairs. Please keep this in mind when booking with children or individuals with mobility concerns.
