Luxe thuis weg van huis slechts enkele minuten van het centrum, Abby's Place is voor jou. Deze leuke suite is een eerbetoon aan het zuidwesten in de jaren 1950 langs Route 66 met een authentieke eetkamertafel uit de jaren 1950 met rood lederen stoelen! Comfortabele woonkamer, complete keuken en een gezellig bubbelbad. Op maat gemaakte bedden en een flatscreen-tv sieren de slaapkamer en zijn klaar voor een comfortabele nachtrust. Dit is de perfecte plek voor romantiek, ontspanning en verjonging en is ideaal voor een uitgebreid bezoek. Grenzend aan Suite 5 en perfect voor 2 koppels of familie samen.
Let op: de totale hotelbezetting die we moeten innen en afdragen is 13%. Omdat VRBO alleen de 6% toeristenbelasting van de staat en niet ook de 7% lokale hotelbelasting verzamelt, hebben we een administratieve vergoeding moeten toevoegen die ongeveer gelijk is aan de 7% belasting die we moeten innen en terugbetalen aan Fredericksburg. om te voldoen aan hun belastingcode.

Great location just a few minutes drive to Main Street and a short drive to the 290 wineries. Just the right size for a weekend stay in a really quiet part of Fredericksburg. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location perfect tonight tiny house

First off, the hosts to this property are fantastic people. Their communication is outstanding and their tiny home is perfect. It’s a split duplex and you can’t beat the location. The bed was great, the a/c cooled like it should. There are no complaints at all. My wife and I come up every quarter and will make sure this is our go to place from now on!! A hidden gem here!

Everything but the kitchen sink

I loved this place! It was perfect for our getaway. My daughter is away at her first year of college and Fredericksburg is the half way point between her and home. We met up here just to be able to spend a little time under the same roof together and to make her some home cooked meals. We shopped a little one day and went hiking another day and then we sought respite here to relax, catch up and enjoy each others company over home cooked meals. It really is a great place, the only complaint I have is the kitchen sink. I missed in the pictures that it really is only the size of a bar sink and not full size so it made clean up complicated. However, there is a huge bathtub you can resort to for washing dishes. I still give this place all thumbs up though!

Great weekend getaway

My wife and our two young girls stayed for the weekend. The space was just right for us, but it might be tight for four adults. The location is close to the main attractions, but I would stay closer to downtown if you don't want to drive and look for parking. That said, parking was pretty easy to find during our stay. Check-in/check-out was extremely easy, and Ted was proactive in sending instructions and directions.

Fabulous Place!

This place was perfect for my two sisters and I to stay. The only down side was we wanted a place with a hot tub. This place advertises a hot tub and we couldn’t find one by the suites. It does however have a nice big jacuzzi garden bathtub. The things we loved about it: It was well maintained inside Had lots of amenities like a welcome book that had a full guide of the area, welcome snacks, free WiFi, Roku, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, iron, extra pillows, extra sheets for the pullout couch, coffee maker, wine bottle opener, snacks, bottles of water, lots of dishes and silverware. It was like our own little house right on the edge of downtown. It had a fire pit I front and rocking chairs to relax it. The best part, compared to all the other places we looked at this place had the best price and location for what we needed. It’s perfect for 4 or less people if 2 are willing to share the bed and 2 the pull out couch. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is due to no hot tub, but I would absolutely stay in this place again.

A cozy spacious cottage in a great location

Everything was in good working order and well supplied. The electronic door lock and thermostat were both super convenient. Nice big trees surrounding this corner lot property. Great location close to Main street shopping and dining. Also, the hosts' recommendation for the Sunset Grill was a great call for breakfast. We loved it so much on Saturday that we went back again on Sunday! We definitely recommend Abby's Place to anyone who's planning a trip to Fredericksburg!
