The Space:

Alcove is thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan and beautiful vaulted ceilings that accentuate the home. The living room serves as a snug gathering space, perfect for laughter and quality time with friends and family. For the chef of the group, the gourmet kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel appliances and features a spacious granite island giving you plenty of space to create a culinary creation. The dining space will seat up to six guests comfortably at the dining table or gather around the kitchen island for a more casual dining experience.



This accommodating space sleeps up to six guests, with both bedrooms featuring king-size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The two bathrooms each boast elegantly tiled, roomy walk-in showers and granite-topped vanities, making it an ideal setup for couples, friends, or small families.



The backyard may just be your favorite spot to spend your time! Kick back on the covered deck and dine al fresco after creating a culinary masterpiece on the grill or sip some wine on the cozy wicker sofa and chairs while watching a movie on the tv mounted on the wall. The deck also houses the ever so relaxing hot tub to soak away those sore muscles after a day of walking Main Street. While you are out don’t forget to grab all the yummy ingredients for making S’mores around the firepit!

Guest Access:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Wood for the fire pit is not provided.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
