A quaint private getaway!
Exceptional private getaway spot! Everything was as advertised. The muggy afternoon did bring us a few flies outside, but morning coffee was enjoyed out there without issue.highly recommend staying here if you want a cozy quiet spot.

Viola Pearl Haus
This VRBO was a lovely, comfortable, and clean garage conversion tucked in a quite neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the Fredericksburg area. We enjoyed the Pacific War Museum, shopping, German food, and riding bikes at the LBJ ranch. A leasurely drive through the Willow Creek Loop revealed the treasured wildflowers. Given more time a day or two could be dedicated to the area wineries, distilleries, and breweries. We settled for one tasting room on the main street. Enjoy!

The pictures are not a true representation of this property. The door into the property felt flimsy and not safe. Updates are needed including the bathroom, the furniture, and most especially the bed. I did not end up staying.

Hidden Gem Minutes From Downtown
I was so happy to find a place to stay for one night for the Hill Country Film Festival. Most places were requiring a two night stay and this gave me the one night option. I went to Fredericksburg to see a hometown friend's movie. Talking to the property management was easy. They even answered the phone on Saturday when I got lost. Clean, convenient & Cute. Only wish they had a guest book for me to write about my stay and read others comments!

20th Anniversary in Fredericksburg
We celebrated our 20th Anniversary in Fredericksburg with a fantastic dinner at Granite House Lounge and lunch at the Herb Farm although the highlight of our visit was the Viola Pearl House cottage. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. We frequent Fredericksburg and we will try to stay at the Pearl House in the future.

Overall great!
The property was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had one issue with the TV remote batteries being corroded, but someone brought new ones over right away. The bed was comfortable and coffee provided was great. If we had to find anything wrong, it may have been a little bit of a lack of privacy and also the bathroom was small with a pedestal sink so there was no where to set bathroom toiletries etc. Other than that we really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Super Cute!
This guest house was perfect! The property was spotless, the bed was plush and comfortable, everything was in top shape. The entrance was inviting with it's own private patio. Very close to town and surrounding attractions. Wish we had stayed a couple of nights longer!

Great Getaway!

This was a Clevely done studio located next to a residence (felt like a mother-in-law setup). It was just right for two people. The room was arranged so that one wall was a full kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances. The bed was in an alcove which made it feel like a separate room It is decorated nicely but a bit too far from downtown.

31st Wedding Anniversary Trip
Awesome place! We absolutely loved Viola Pearl Haus. The owner thought of everything! We felt right at home & were very impressed. I needed a place to work on putting wedding flowers together for my grandsons wedding. The owner allowed us to stay 1/2 day over with additional fee. She saved my life! This is the cutest, cleanest little doll house I’ve seen in a long time! It looks like it could be featured in a magazine. Decorated just as shown in the photos. It was so cozy and comfortable. I would rent it again and recommend it to any couple. The outside is as well kept as inside! Loved it!!!!
