Please note there is another unit located on the property called Hermes Ranch House, which is situated right next to Coco Casita. While there may be guests staying in that unit during your stay, you will still have complete privacy in your own space. Also, please note that Coco Casita shares a driveway with Hermes Ranch House.



We have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.



This property is located in the Texas Hill Country, so you may encounter insects, rodents, and other wildlife outdoors during your stay, including spiders, snakes, scorpions, and other native wildlife. This is a natural part of the Hill Country environment, so we just like to make guests aware ahead of time.
