Hollmig Haus is a charming newly renovated house sitting on 3 acres of land located in a peaceful neighborhood very close to town! This gorgeous home features an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft, a make-up area, an indoor and outdoor patio area and yes, we're also pet friendly!

The house has a total of eight beds, a comfortable couch, a TV, high speed WiFi, washer / dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, a hot tub, cowboy pool, a grill and an outdoor dining area!

The Space:
The house features 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft. Please note, the loft is listed as the "4th bedroom" (it consists of 2 full beds that sleeps a total of 4 people). This charming home blends modern elements with rustic touches to create a unique cowboy chic ambiance and as for the property itself, you'll be able to enjoy 3 acres of beautiful land, offering a very private and peaceful environment for your getaway. You'll also be able to enjoy a gorgeous Hill Country sunset every night directly from the back porch, while relaxing in the hot tub and taking in the breathtaking scenery!

Guest Access:
You'll notice there are 3 separate structures on the property. The main house (Hollmig Haus), a small cabin and a tiny home. You will have full access to the main house and the shared property. As for the other two houses these may be occupied by other guests at times. However, rest assured you'll have complete and total privacy during your stay!

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on a beautiful 3 acres just outside city limits, giving you a peaceful and private area to enjoy your visit. While also just 3 miles from Main Street!

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
