Location great, cute place, comfortable bed. The air conditioning was less than desirable. Bedroom ac didn’t work.

Room was very clean and nice. Very functional. Only thing I would recommend is to replace the bulbs in the stairwell leading up to the rooms. Out of 3 total bulbs, 2 were out making the walk up the stairs at night a little treacherous.

Property is nice , good location and bed comfy but you need to shell out a few bucks just for regular maintenance and upkeep. Also don’t say you have a kitchen when you have no sink or dish soap. Bathroom floor vent is gross and I would have appreciated it being stocked for my extremely expensive 3 day stay.

Perfect location!

This suite was perfect for our last moment getaway! All the shops and restaurants were within walking distance from us. We had a comfortable space for us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

The property was very nice and beautifully decorated and location great. Just a couple of things were not to our satisfaction- the bed was almost impossible to get in. So if one is 5’1” ir shorter don’t choose this place without a ladder or trampoline to jump up on it. Second the TV must have had a governor on the sound because we could not raise the volume. Could barely barely hear. Oh and one other thing . - the AC was hard to regulate.

Great location however there is some traffic noise in suite #1 since the apartment is over the street. Not really any separation between the bedroom and sitting area, pocket doors that do not totally close. If the second bedroom is rented out as part of suite two there is no sound barrier so conversations are total not private. However I would stay again because of the location and quality

Not accurate description of noise level

I never received my “2 emails” with check in info. The lady who answered the phone was nice but told me that my 2 emails they sent showed they were not opened. I checked my spam emails, nothing. At 6 am we were awakening by trash trucks picking up trash. Which went on for about 30 minutes. Finally just got up and left. For all the fees added, the location is not worth it. I was hoping to make it a wonderful experience for my spouse’s first visit to Fredericksburg. I made a bad choice in my VRBO.

This is an extraordinary property and beautifully located right in the middle of downtown. Perfect furnishings, obviously professionally decorated, and so so comfortable! The furnishings make you want to just come in and relax and enjoy. Very well-kept property and no worries about cleanliness. I will stay here again most definitely!

Great location!

This property is in a great location above a store on Main St. We stayed in Suite 1 which overlooks Main St. Since everything in Fredericksburg closes fairly early, noise is not an issue for those concerned about it. The room had a Keurig coffeemaker, kcups, microwave and a small refrigerator, but you need to bring your own cream and sweetener. The stairs to get to the suites are quite steep so this property is not for anyone that cannot climb a staircase or carry their luggage up stairs. We would definitely stay here again and love the idea of being able to rent the connecting rooms as well.

Loved this property!! Feels like you have your apartment in the middle of the best area!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here, it was in the heart of the town and everything is walking distance. We’ll definitely be back.
