The backyard also boasts a 7-seater hot tub, outdoor dining area, propane grill, and cozy fire pit—everything you need for unforgettable gatherings with friends, family, and loved ones.
With its generous footprint, The Pecan Hideaway Haus offers 4 luxury bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, blending historic charm with modern style. The open-concept layout features a spacious living area, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen—complete with plateware, flatware, serving platters, wine and whiskey glasses, and all the essentials for dining in and entertaining.

Please note: Bedroom 4 is detached from the main house in a separate building behind the home. All bathrooms are located in the main house.
Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines:
We love welcoming furry companions! Dogs are welcome with a $135 pet fee (plus tax).
Cats are not permitted
Be sure to check the unit’s pet weight limit and number allowed
Keep pets leashed outdoors and clean up after them
A separate pet waiver must be signed
Any pet-related damages will be charged to your card on file

No events or parties allowed
Firewood for the fire pit is not provided
The pool/hot-tub is serviced on Tuesday, so if your stay includes this day, you may see the pool technician on-site.

Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
Please respect outdoor lighting restrictions – Fredericksburg is a designated Dark Sky Community

We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in. Just complete the rental agreement, ID verification, and either:
A refundable $1,000 security hold (not a charge, just a pending transaction), or
A non-refundable $62.54 Damage Waiver covering up to $1,500 in accidental damages for stays up to 10 nights ($1.50/day after 10 nights).
