Tucked into 13 rolling acres of open country— including a peach orchard and a vineyard nearby— D’Vine Cottage provides all the serenity you’re searching for, yet you’ll still be only 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Pour yourself a mug of hot coffee in the mornings while you listen to the birdsong and watch the sunrise over the countryside. In the evenings, you’ll love sipping on some locally sourced wine while you gaze up at the breathtaking array of stars overhead.

D’Vine Cottage is a cozy spot with a sumptuous king-size bed that sits underneath an airy vaulted ceiling. The bed is draped in luxurious hotel-quality linens and sits inside an upholstered suede bed frame. On either side of the bed are a small table and a reading lamp.

At the foot of the bed is the comfortable sitting area, complete with two oversized armchairs facing a mounted HDTV. In the corner, a cozy stone fireplace reaches to the ceiling and adds warmth and comfort to those chilly Texas evenings. This space is simply perfect for relaxing with a great movie or your favorite TV show after a long day of exploring the countryside.

Along the far wall is a well-designed kitchenette, with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is enormous and features a deep soaking tub surrounded by mosaic tiles. There’s also a spacious step-in shower framed with classic white subway tiles.

Located in a quiet, picturesque spot in the aptly named Starry Night village, D’Vine Cottage has two rocking chairs on the front porch that look out over an impressive, sparkling water fountain. There’s also a shared patio with a barbecue for grilling. When you’re ready to explore the area, beautiful downtown Fredericksburg is only 10 minutes away and is filled to the brim with delicious dining, fun shopping, and mouth-watering wine tastings.


This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees.
