Patio Sisters is een van de meest stedelijke chique huizen van Fredericksburg, Texas, en biedt vier privésuites op loopafstand van de hoofdstraatattracties van Fredericksburg.
Elk van de vier suites is vernoemd naar een van de "zusters" en biedt elk het comfort van thuis plus de toegevoegde bonus van een fantastische locatie in het hart van de historische wijk van Fredericksburg. Sisters-Claire is a very nice property. Location is very close to Main street and if you wanted to walk you would be able to do so. The room was very clean and stocked with not only bathing towels but towels for the hot tub. Hot tub was clean and ready to use when we got there. There was a burn ban in effect so we could not use the outdoor fireplace which was a let down but did not ruin our stay. The only issue we had was the shower. The water pressure was pretty bad and the temperature control was horrible. It was either very hot or very cold and sometimes would drop from being hot to cold without changing the knob. Other the. The shower issue the stay was nice and the room was comfortable.

The room was nice! comfortable just what we needed. Location was great. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and more.I will say a few things that could have been better: the shower head was too high and the pressure was not good. It took a long time to get shampoo out of hair and soap off. The floor of the shower was not level and was slippery. We did use the hot tub one time and it was very nice. At times you could hear a person next door if you both were in the bathroom.

Loved the cottage but a lil disappointed

Check in was easy, we were even able to get a extra night. I booked this cottage mainly for the hottub. Day one it didnt work so I called and they said it was before we got there, well it wasnt heating, so called back and they said someone would be there in the am, noone showed up and I had to call again and they got someone out that evening but they just changed the control board, it still did not get hot. Called again and that night was offered another room but we had 1 day left and didnt want to move all our stuff. Said we were getting a discount but the discount amount doeant help. But I was glad to at least get a discount. The property is beautiful and the set up is great, just hate that the hottub never got fixed.showed up and had to call again. showe

Very pleasant

Great place to come back to at the end of the day. A freezer with ice would be nice, and the hot tub was malfunctioning. You couldn't control the temperature. It was to be looked at but that didn't happen. Other than that it was very nice.

A Little More Details

The set up was ok. The shower needs to also have a hand shower. The ceiling mounted shower head could be a problem for those that are not trying to get their hair wet. Comp water and snacks would of been a nice touch.

Great location, wonderful amenities, thin walls. There was a couple in the unit next to us that had a terrible fight and were screaming at each other late at night. The woman apparently was hit. We didn't know what to do. This person might be in trouble. If there is anything we can do to help, please let me know. We were shocked to hear this going on next door and didn't know how to help.

What a great hidden gem just a few minute walk to Main Street. The room was perfect, the hot tub was amazing and the outdoor fireplace was the final piece to a beautiful weekend in the hill country. Will be back.

Perfect stay

My spouse and I absolutely loved the patio sisters in the Clair room! Perfect size, the bed was so comfy, the hot tub was great for the evenings or early morning. Just overall perfect for us two. Would absolutely recommend. We loved the Clair because of it’s location compared to the other rooms, it seemed a little more private than the others since it was at the back and no one to the left of us. Also the location of the patio sisters was perfect, not right in town but on a nice day could definitely walk to main st.

This place was so quaint and well thought out. It was great location with walking distance to restaurants. We loved the hot tub. We didn’t need WiFi but if you needed it the service was not reliable. You could get it on the front porch but not reliably in the house or back patio. Would stay here again!

There are too many good things to say about this place and I would definitely recommend/stay here again. The only negative mark I would give is the big hair ball in the shower. Other than that, everything was exactly how it was in the pictures and described by the owners.

Get stay fie a few nights.

Everything was clean and beautiful like on the website, but not everything in the room was practical. We had a few issues at the beginning which the owners took immediate action, nothing major. The room needed to have a closet, armoire or a free standing clothes hanger with drawers. I don’t like living out of my suitcase and would have preferred a small cheater drawer in the corner of the room besides a wine barrel with a lamp on it. Also needed a refrigerator, not a wine bottle cooler. Needed night stands on each side of the bed. This may not pertain to everyone, but I’m 5’1 and had to run out to by a step stool to get in and out of the bed. The bed was Really comfortable, but was a bit high for me.

Could easily be 5 stars

Overall the cabin was great. Location, easy walk to Main St. Check In, super easy. Clean. Easy communication with owner. What this place is missing is the small amenities. I was really surprised that they did not have a couple of bottles of water for guest. The bathroom has zero counterspace to put anything. No shower caddy to put your soap or shampoo on. And they need to update their broadban for the tv. We messaged the owners saying we were having trouble and they quickly reponded saying it was slow during peak hours, but we logged into their wifi on our phones and had zero problems. Small details, big impact.
