Sorry for Partha's experience. We'll be fixing the issues bothered Partha. One thing about our neighbor: one neighbor has an upscale structure, and the other is so maintained. This is an rural area without strong subdivision bylaws. The neighbor has not caused any incident at all, the neighborhood is safe/peaceful. Because it's rural settings, we've set the price reasonably below most of the listing with a great ocean view. Anyone looking for 5* resort, should be looking for properties listed with much higher price. We offer a great view, clean and good accomodation inside, at a decent price.

There's a grill, next to the wood stove. The guest unfortunately didn't ask. There are also shampoo in the closet -- different kinds other guests left in the house. We didn't advertise as we do prefer you bring your own favorite. But if you are not picky, it's available. Our house keeper usually does a very good job and we have had great feedback on cleaniness. We don't know what happened for this instance, and we've given the feedback to the house keepers and they will be extra diligent. Tandi is a great guest. I wished we communicated more.

I am sorry that we missed your call. Wifi is working from the beginning. As for TV, we bought a Roku steaming stick for receiving TV signals through Xfinity Stream App after you checked out. The house is located about 5 minutes drive to various shops and beach access. If you are looking for a direct beach access from the house, then the location is not ideal.

Thanks for your staying in our cottage. You are our very first guest after we put out into VRBO. First of all, our cottage may not be spotless, but definitely reasonably clean, by no mean it can be categorized as “very dirty”. I’ve just added a can opener, and also a wire bottle opener, a masher, a nut cracker etc. Sorry I missed these little items, and appreciate your feedback/suggestion. I’ll be promptly adding more such items for the needs of our guests. Just for the reader of this post, if there is anything that seems missing to you, please give me a call during your stay. I will bring one over to you. You can also buy them locally and I will reimburse you I’ve also put in a brand new coffee maker. We provided two 32 gallon trash cans. My family of 4 rarely used up one 32 gallon can for a week, but you have filled up both cans, and then adding 3 more big 33 gallons bags of trash piling on top of two garage cans. The volume definitely exceeded what we thought possible for 6 days staying for 2 persons. I am writing this not as a complaint to you, but want other guests to know we do have two 32 gallon trash cans that should be more than sufficient for 1 week, definitely sufficient for stays of just one weekend. You left a note of needing more than one pot holder. There were in fact more pot holders in the drawer. Sorry you didn’t find them. The cushions for the deck chair was put inside the house to keep them from getting mildews because of the constant raining in Seattle area. I will update the pictures without the grill and lounge chair tomorrow. We get rid of the grill and lounge chair because of the safety issues. But we do provide a patio table with 4 patio chairs for your enjoyments of magnificent view. My cottage is in a rural setting. I’ve set a price that’s much lower than other offers on the market in consideration of its rustic settings. Thanks again for your staying.
