'Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.'

'There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. '

The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. 'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'It was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. Had a dirty hand towel, towels were very worn and thin. Very much outdated, in my opinion needs a great bit of work. Bed cover had small burn holes. Sheets were clean, pillows a bit small. All in all it served the purpose for a good sleep and a hot shower.'
