'We arrived at 1 -am to hotel . Our room had bird type feathers and in the bed there was buggers and blood on the sheets . The room had a bad smell . Asked to be changed rooms and request was denied the front desk said they would clean the room . We did get new bedding but they never vacuumed the room . So tired we just slept a few hours and left . One of the worst nights ever . Check your bedding upon arrival is my only advice.'

'We love the Homewood Hilton Brand and this location does not disappoint. The one bedroom suite is perfect for us as I wake up early and can have my coffee while my partner sleeps in the bedroom. The breakfast is great. Wish there was either Raisin Bran or healthy granola cereal but that's not a big deal :) Thanks for everything.'

'Interesting location, on the former air base of McClellan. Area is well maintained and looks beautiful with the flowers.
Room was ok, cleanliness could be better and the facilities are outdated. The bed was very comfortable.

'The ADA room I booked was easy to access. The overall condition was good, but the floors in my room were filthy. They must have missed mopping it. I wore my slippers around the room. I booked a 5 night stay. They serviced my room after 2 days (I had posted the do not disturb on those days). When I returned, the bed was made, trash out, and dirty towels removed. 'As soon as I had arrived, i had noticed the toilet was leaking, there was what looked like dead skin and a urine stain on the sheets in the only bed available in the room. On top of that the people in the next door over were screaming and banging stuff. Not to mention is sounds like you guys have a pigeon problem in your roof.
