– A utility area in the 30 m² garage with a washing machine.

First floor:
– Two large bedrooms, each measuring 27 m² and each with two single beds (90x190).
– A bathroom with a shower and double washbasin.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
– A 40 m² stone terrace facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
