## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the Côte d'Azur. It has also been classified as a Town of Art and History. Fréjus was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region at the time. Fréjus has the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles.
There's also the Base Nature François Léotard (outdoor sports complex with numerous summer events). Large waterside natural area with bike rentals, soccer fields, volleyball and basketball courts, skate park, roller rink, etc.).
