'The Otis has a very nice pool. Restaurant is just Okay. Honestly, in my opinion, The Otis is a 4-star hotel. Not a 5 star. They apply a lot of fees that you are not aware of. Like a resort fee? This place doesn't feel like a resort. They applied $50.00 to my account for a two-night star. It was use it or lose it. I had to eat on premise. So be aware. Also, parking is very expensive. Not a bad hotel, but also not one I'm looking forward to returning to.'

'Nice play to stay overnight. Spacious bedroom. Definitely an advantage to be able to bring our dog along. No issues getting in and out and very safe abs secure location. Would definitely book again! '

'Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good!...

'Gebouw is prachtig van buiten en binnen. Gezellige bar met 4 lokale bieren op tap en halve prijs tijdens happy hour. Kamer was helaas in er achter gelegen annex. Kamer niet bijzonder, kon willekeurig hotel zijn, helaas geen koffie-apparaat, wel beneden in hal.'

'Prima motel langs de snel weg. Op redelijk afstand van Austin. Wel netjes en kamer was schoon. Basic zoals je kan verwachten van een motel.'

'We were amazed at the size of our room, we had two fireplaces on a little kitchenette along with a very lovely bedroom and a nice bathroom. Location and neighborhood are lovely. A couple things keep it from being perfect. This is our second time staying with them and the hot option on the breakfast hasn't been great either time ( although the coffee is great). The TV did seem to have a mind of its own and stopped working in the middle of our movie, and the fridge in the room didn't work all...

'This was in a perfect spot for us. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and bars. The inn itself was fantastic. Loved the decor and amenities. The coffee machine was wonderful with all the different choices. Checking in and out was very easy and staff was great at communicating. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Austin.'
