The Space:
Beautifully designed and super convenient, just minutes from the World Ag Expo, a short walk to food, and near the Sequoia National Park! This is a perfect space to get ready for your wedding or celebrate a special milestone. Whether you're looking for a small event space or a place to lay your head for a few nights while in town, this space is perfect for you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, backyard event space, and street parking. Walking distance to The Well Coffee Shop, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Dominos, Zumwalt Park, City Hall, Radiant Tulare, and boutique shops downtown on K street. Because of the park and downtown location, there is a homeless population presence.

The Neighborhood:
Across the street from Zumwalt park near downtown Tulare, the Copper Patch is surrounded by restaurants and businesses. Tulare Union High School is directly behind the property, as well as a local Coffee Shop, "The Well". It's a fast paced, busy neighborhood, especially around lunch time and when students are getting out of school. The park holds events such as "Concerts in the Park", car shows, and other gatherings. The parade route is down Tulare Ave., and can be seen from the front porch. The Copper Patch is less than 5 miles from the International Agri-Center and Heritage Complex, home of the World Ag Expo, Rusty Roots Show, and popular wedding venues.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed but there is NO GRASS, only artificial turf, and there are spaces in the fence where dogs can easily get out. "Sneaking" animals onto the property will result in the appropriate pet fees.

The home is located across from the park, flower shop, restaurants, police station, city hall, and more commercial buildings. It is not located in a residential area.
There is an additional guest fee of $20/person/night after the amount of 4 guests.
