Enjoy meals at the 3-person breakfast bar or in the separate dining room that comfortably seats 6.

* Bedrooms & Baths: Rest peacefully on new memory foam mattresses with soft, quality linens. We provide luggage stands, toiletries, and a newly renovated bathroom with a modern dual vanity.

The Garden Studio Apartment is accessed via a separate entrance,. This large, private studio is bright and welcoming. It includes two queen beds, a dining table for 4, and a functional kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. A comfortable office chair is provided for remote work, and the back door opens onto the main patio, offering lovely views of the waterfall and garden.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the separate garden studio apartment, and all outdoor amenities like the hot tub, patio, and outdoor kitchen. There are no shared spaces on the property, ensuring complete privacy for your group.



The Neighborhood:

Older custom homes and huge mature trees surround this Visalia neighborhood.



The specific street the house is on is a main thoroughfare, (although the house is set back from the street), and is less than 1 mile from downtown, the Convention Center, and the Hospital District. Downtown Visalia has lovely shops, restaurants, and bars.



Getting Around:

If you don't have a personal vehicle, you can walk to most destinations, although you will be on a busy street and a pedestrian walkway over the freeway getting there. The walk is safe but not picturesque. But this helps you avoid having to find parking and makes it safe to enjoy adult beverages since you don't have to drive. Alternatively, there is Lyft and Uber- wait times vary.

Climate Control: To ensure comfort and energy efficiency, the thermostat is centrally managed. It can be set to a minimum of 72°F during the summer and a maximum of 68°F during the winter. The living room fireplace is available for additional warmth at the touch of a button.



Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and operational on the property.
