'We had a great time. The home was very comfortable and the view of the river was wonderful. I will definitely stay at tis home again. '

'Although the host was right next door we did feel we had our privacy. The cabin had many personal family photos which made us feel a little like we were invading their space. So as constructive criticism perhaps a little less personal items would make future renters feel more at home. All in all the hiking was fun and the property provided a restful and relaxing time. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.'

'Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. 'This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! '

'What a terrific time we had at the house! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children gathering in Binghamton for a get together. The location was perfect.. centrally located and historic. The house was well appointed.. every detail was thought of, the decor was comfy and quirky and we loved the coffee bar! 'This property was exactly what we were looking for. We rented the property for an extended weekend for a family wedding. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. We are from Florida so the wild life was abundant and different from our own. We highly recommend this property. '

'I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price.
