'I liked this hotel. It's upscale and a delightful place to stay for a few days. My only wish is that they had a handheld shower head and didn't use the little bottles of bathing products. Otherwise it was perfect!!'

'Everything is great EXCEPT whole paper thin windows! We were on the 19th floor and hear every loud car/siren/etc like we were right next to it. I mean it’s the city and it’s loud so maybe some better windows so the people who pay to sleep there get some…sleep? Otherwise great place '

'Had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton. It was in a great location, near T-Mobile Park, just a 10 min walk. We walked to the game and back without needing to deal with parking a car or getting a Lyft. There's also a free Waterfront Shuttle that runs every 30 mins or so. Another plus was the free breakfast every morning, lots of food options available! We will be staying here again for future trips! '

'The only one minor problem was that I did not know my room would be on the 6th floor without an elevator. Although I much appreciate a European style facility, it would have been nice if it was made more clear in advertising that there is no elevator. The staff person was very friendly and helpful. '

The Wi-Fi was excellent; I believe there is a meeting room, but it was full when I wanted to use it.The facility is very clean, the bed was awesome and uses self check in and out with a manager often somewhere on property. "We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite on the executive floor. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what was “executive” about the floor; it was just like any other corridor. The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity.
Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. Cleanliness and hygiene were severely lacking, with linens and towels that were musty and of low quality. The shower gel was empty, and when we inquired about it, the first response was that they were short-staffed. In my opinion, staffing issues should not become the customer’s problem.
During off-hours, we saw a staff member lounging on one of the sofas, scrolling through his phone. While I understand everyone needs a break, this should not be done in view of guests.
If you plan to use the sparse breakfast, make sure you’re on time as they close the doors promptly."
