Prachtig uitzicht op de Continental Divide, Lake Dillon en bergweiden van onze comfortabele condominium. Na een dag op de piste, de paden, of het meer, terug te komen op een ontspannen verblijf. Het appartement is gelegen op het Lake Dillon groene ruimte, op een steenworp afstand van de Summit County fietspad of de prachtige wandelingen langs de oevers van Lake Dillon. Als skiën is uw doel, we hebben gemakkelijk toegang tot de I-70 en Highway 9. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone en zijn slechts 10 minuten afstand en wereldklasse Vail is slechts 25.

De condo's renovatie omvatte een nieuwe keuken met magnetron, vaatwasser en verwijdering. Het is ook goed accessorized met vele gereedschappen voor bijna elke culinaire inspanning. De woonkamer is strategisch aangelegd om te maximaliseren uitzicht op de bergen, of kijk naar de flatscreen televisie. Als u extra slaapplaatsen ruimte nodig is er een zeer comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer die een extra twee mensen slapen. De matras en monteurs werden nieuwe vervangen in de herfst van 2016.

De slaapkamer heeft een zeer comfortabel kingsize bed, televisie, dressoir en een bijgevoegd bad. De logeerkamer is ook mooi ingericht met een queen bed en een dressoir. Het tweede bad is slim ontworpen om direct toegang vanaf de logeerkamer of de belangrijkste woongedeelte.

Summit County staat bekend als '' Colorado's Playground '' en Frisco ligt in het centrum van dit alles. Ski zeven verschillende skigebieden, golf op 99 holes kampioenschap, vliegen vissen de blauwe lint Blue River, gaan voor een ritje op meer dan 50 mijl van de verharde fietspad, de winkel van de designer outlets, wandelen honderden mijlen van paden, of gewoon relaxen in de prachtige bergachtige omgeving. Als u wilt dat alles Summit County te bieden heeft, Frisco en Mountain Meadows is een geweldige locatie om te gebruiken als uw thuisbasis. Onze Frisco appartement is comfortabel, betaalbaar en mooi. OK but unfair charge to deposit

All ok in general, the only detail we didn’t like and found a bit abusive from owners is the charge of deposit for moving the bed a few inches towards the wall so the kid wouldn’t fall. We were extremely careful with the property and left it spotless except for forgetting put back the bed a few inches back. The moving of the bed is fairly easy (I did it by myself in one minute) but owners said the cleaning personnel wouldn’t move it back and so the owners had to travel 1 hour to move the bed back a few inches. I understand that owners live far from the property but if you are renting it for a profit, these kinds of details shouldn’t be charged to the guests: the owners should be able to handle them and not charge for an easy activity that takes 2 minutes tops

Great Location For Skiing

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Easy communication with host. Entry doors a bit odd going through bedrooms, but no problem, just a quirky design. Unit on 3rd floor with no elevator so be prepared to haul your gear up 3 flights. This was documented in listing, so no surprise.

Frisco trip

Very nice unit. Well laid out and supplied. Owners were very responsive to questions and easy to contact supplying both email and cell numbers. Very nice view of the mountains and Lake Dillon. Frisco is a great little town with excellent breweries if that’s what you like. We were mainly therefor skiing which is convenient, but I would like to go back to explore the town and other activities. Be aware that it requires 2 flights of stairs and there is no elevator. That information is in the listing and did not bother us.

The condo was roomy and comfortable. Ski bus picked up a short walk away (probably 0.2 miles away). There must be a lot of heat that comes up from the lower condos, because the thermostats didn't really seem to do anything. It was 70 degrees no matter what they were set to.

Great Place and awesome location

We loved our stay. It's a little odd getting in as the apartment has 2 entrances, both with lead into the bedrooms. However, this turned out to be a blessing, giving each of us privacy to enter and leave directly from our rooms. Both rooms having ensuite baths was also welcome. Carpets were a little dirty and worn.

Great Stay - Terrific Unit

We had a terrific stay in Frisco. Great condo with plenty of space, very clean, well stocked for guests, and perfect location for skiing the Summit County resorts as well as Vail. The hosts were excellent. Very organized, communicative, and eager to ensure that we fully enjoyed our time in their unit. We would happily book this property again.

First time staying in Frisco for some leaf peeping and bike riding! Great location to ride to Copper and around lake Dillon. Afternoon trip to Breck for lunch and shopping. Would definitely stay here again in the fall or winter. No AC so might be a little warm in the summer months. Very cute and cozy condo!

Great property for first trip

We had a great stay in this property for our first trip to Frisco. Prior reviews on the property location, condition and amenities are accurate. A few things I didn’t see in the prior reviews is that you can only see the lake from the balcony, and it is not an expansive lake view, really just a small piece of it. Also, there is considerable traffic noise when the windows are open (obviously less in the middle of the night). Otherwise, a great deal for the price.

Gorgeous porch view

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. Well decorated. The view from the porch is awesome. You get both the lake and the mountains. And I even got to see a moose swim from the shoreline to one of the small islands and back. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as is the condo development. Wi-Fi excellent for streaming. Well supplied. Easy to communicate with owner. Everything is in excellent condition.

Beautiful views and well appointed

The condo is clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary supplies to cook. The bedding is comfortable. The location has a spectacular view from the living and dining room, as well as the patio. It’s located within walking distance of groceries, dining, downtown shopping, and hiking/biking trails. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. The owners are very clear with their instructions. Parking is easy. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, and if you have children whether little or adults, it’s a great spot during all seasons. There are two private ways in and out of the condo (great for adults or older kids). Close to the highway but no road noise at night. Wake to the sound of beautiful birds and enjoy your time in Frisco.

Unit had serious heating issue. Even with the heaters off unit was overly warm. Broken sink handle, slow drains, very old carpet, horrible pillows, no sauce pans, dull knives, many of the spoons have been though the garbage disposal and have sharp edges. The place really could use some upgrading, renewal, etc. the decor and appliances were okay, but if the owners tried to stay here for a week they would find it needs a refresh. Good things to say is it had a great view. Was quiet and very easy access to grocery, restaurants, downtown, and highways. We stayed next door at Timbercove last year and loved it, but was not available this year. l chose this place because of the the easy access to so much. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Wonderful Lake view

This condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable, well stocked with kitchen ware, bathroom supplies, and even board games and folding chairs! It is centrally located, and the views of the lake are WONDERFUL. We walked around Lake Dillon daily, so beautiful. The entire surrounding area is very peaceful. The owners were quick to respond and obviously wanted to make sure we were comfortable, which I really appreciated. The complex itself was very quiet, we only had one brief incident of noise. There's no air conditioning and it was warm, so if you're from the south (we're from Texas) and used to that, it might be a good idea to avoid July. We had the windows open and the owner provided floor fans, but the condos there do warm up during the day. I definitely want to stay here again!

Great Location, Comfy Beds

Great location in Frisco for us to ski at Copper Mtn and A-Basin. Slept well due to comfy beds. Nice and clean, quiet appliances. The only negative in my opinion, is the layout of the unit. When you walk in the front door, you are in a bedroom. A better layout would be to enter through a laundry room or a mud room. Owners very responsive to all my communications.

Frisco Condo

The condo was great for our family of 4. Two bedrooms and a fold out couch that was comfy enough for my 22 year old son. Also, easy access to both Copper Mountain or Breckenridge.
