Winter or summer, the most classic of Colorado experiences awaits at this light-filled townhome, unbeatably situated three blocks from Main Street in Frisco. So much is at your fingertips: shops and restaurants, Lake Dillon access at Frisco Bay Marina (six blocks), Frisco Adventure Park (one mile), and Frisco Nordic Center (one mile). When you're ready to get out for some alpine thrills, six world-class mountain resorts - Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, and Vail - are within a 25-mile drive.

This split-level townhouse is a haven for adventure, and it's a delight to return to each afternoon. In summer, step out onto the balcony to sip cold drinks in Adirondack chairs, light the smoker for a barbecue, and marvel at the mountains that surround you.

Come winter, you'll have three living spaces to choose from as you watch the snow fall through large picture windows. The downstairs den (with a woodstove) gives kids a place to stream movies and play board games, the upstairs living room does the same for adults. A bonus sitting room is the perfect place to read by the second fireplace and keep the family cooks company in the modern, eat-in kitchen. Electric heat is on hand to keep you cozy, but please note that there is no air conditioning in summer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
