Great property, amazing views!
We had an excellent experience at this property. What mattered most to us was ease of access, amazing views, and secure bike storage. This rental was a 10/10 in all of those areas and beyond! We are already planning to stay here again.

Beautiful Lake and Mountain Views!
Excellent and thorough communication, easy arrival process. The unit has been updated so nicely. It was very comfortable and spacious, the rooms and bathrooms configurations were great. There were multiple patio access points which were so nice for enjoying the views. We really had a comfortable stay! Thank you!!!

Looking For Fall Color
The condo was great for us! Just a few stairs from the parking lot. Garage available to. Nice view from all windows downstairs. 3rd b&b upstairs. Wish we could have booked more nights but wasn't available. Biking/hiking trails right from the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 2-Week Stay
My friends and I found this property to be the perfect base for skiing in Breckenridge and Vail. We found the condo had all the amenities we needed, and especially enjoyed the hot tub across the parking lot!

Wonderful Views and Convenient Unit
Great townhouse unit with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms (all with showers). Very clean unit with wonderful views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. The utilities worked very well. Ample closet storage and hot water. Frisco has really nice restaurants and bars (Tavern West, Ollie's, and Peppino's) as well as Grocery Stores. Only surprises were (1) the garage is very small, my Ford Ranger would not fit inside, good storage area. (2) Evidently, they do not like to remove the ice build up on the roadways and walkways in Summit County. Please be very careful walking and driving in the area.

Cozy Condo in a Perfect Location
This was the perfect home base for our ski getaway with kiddos. We had plenty of space to spread out. The fireplace was warm and cozy, and the kids loved the bunk room.

Girls' weekend getaway
Communication with the property managers was easy and they replied quickly when I had questions. We loved the location! The property has a great view of the lake and was close to the hot tub pavilion. We mostly ate in and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc we needed. The garage was on the small side and my SUV didn't fit, but one friend had a small car that was able to park in the garage. There were plenty of spaces available for my vehicle right in front of the property. We also loved that the unit had a Chromecast on the television. We watched a lot of Christmas movies over the weekend🎄 We would totally book this property again!

Great place to stay!
Very convenient. Clean. Fantastic views. Easy access to Lake Dillon trails; downtown Frisco; Breck, and more. My only suggestion would be to fix the showerhead in the loft bathroom. Everything else was great!
