The Space:

The primary bedroom features a queen bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, while the second bedroom has two twin beds—great for kids or extra guests. There’s also a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six. After a full day of adventure, you can relax by the electric fireplace and catch a movie.



Two full bathrooms make mornings smooth, so there is no fighting over shower time before heading out for the day. Practicality is key here; you’ll have a free in-unit washer and dryer, which is a huge bonus after muddy trail runs, lake days, or powder mornings. • The parking lot, hot tub area, and grills are shared with other residents and guests in the complex and are 1st-come, 1st-served amenities.

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 2 levels with 4 stairs, with no bedrooms on the entry level.

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
