'Incheck duurde vreselijk lang en onnodig, geen discretie ook. Op de kamer rook het erg naar schimmel, vond lange zwarte haren overal en tapijt was extreem smerig onder het bed. Had een upgrade genomen van de hotel side voor seaview, maar sloeg nergens op want je zag niets. Ontbijt was goed'

'schone kamer , beste service '

'The Oberoi never disappoints. The service standard is incredibly high, especially when you consider the affordability. '

'Perfecte plek om in een goede buurt te verblijven. De kamer is heel goed geïsoleerd, geen geluid van buitenaf.'

'Fantastisch hotel, uitstekende service, restaurants. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vrazg zeker naar een room met sea-view!'

'The location is convenient, easy to get to everywhere. The train and metro stations are right there. A block away from marine drive. Some noise at night. The pillows are very uncomfortable, very bouncy, I hurtled my neck one night, and had to sleep on decorative pillows.the breakfast is good, you can order freshly made dosa, with potato, cheese or honey.'

'After a few hiccups upon our arrival management took good care of us and made sure our stay was one to remember! The room was very big with a big bathroom which included a bath and separate shower. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and made for a good start to the day. All the people working there are so nice, welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend!!'

'As said by many people on Tripadvisor this is a simple Business hotel in a Business area. It takes 30 minute walking to Gateway of India. hotels are expensive in Mumbai and this one might give some value for money. Do not have high hopes!'

'Beautiful property. Spacious room with seating area. Delicious breakfast, with good choice Gym with good air con Great location'

'Great place & location'

'It's a nice place. The people behind the desk are very welcoming and helpfull. The rooms are a bit small, but you have everything you need in there. So this was not a problem to us. Cafe Universal on the other side of the street provided us with a nice breakfast every morning. '

'Prima hotel op een goede lokatie. Vriendelijke bediening en service.'

'Positieve zaken: Het personeel was erg vriendelijk Goede locatie Negatieve punten: Ontbijt zeer mager. Vraag een paar euro meer per dag voor een goed ontbijt. Pas na een paar dagen eerste schoonmaak en handdoek wisseling daarna wel regelmatiger'
