Elk hunting trip for the boys/shopping for the girls.
The is the most darling house. We loved everything about it. Communication was like texting my best friend. Super easy. Super clean. Location great. Very well stocked. Our dogs were welcome but you couldn't tell that a dog had ever been in the home. If we go back to this location this is the house I will look for again!

Great stay in Fruita
Paired Ladybug and Atchee (next door) for our 8 person Mountain bike group and had a great stay. Nicely refurbished houses, well appointed, and easy 1/2 mile walk to the downtown shops, bars, restaurants.

Fantastic Stay
We loved this house and the location. Super short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and our three kids. Everyone had a bed which means everyone got along. The lack of door on the upstairs bathroom took some getting used to but we managed. The management company was the perfect combination of checking in to make sure we were happy and then leaving us to enjoy our stay. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great time
Great location, outdoor space to enjoy meals and close to trails. We had an adventurous and relaxing time! We did have to clean the grill before use and some other dishes but overall the house was ready to go for us.

Came for a graduation and we had such a great time. This home is so comfortable and a good place for a family to have some time together. The yard was so nice to hang out and enjoy each other as well! Everything was perfect! We hope to come again!

Loved Fruita
An eleven day family Christmas get-away was our daughter’s idea, and we are so happy she chose Fruita and one of the Ladybug houses. The beds were comfortable, not firm, not soft, somewhere in-between. Plenty of spices and dishes and cooking appliances. We loved the short walk to the “circle” of town, shopped for presents at the downtown stores, shopped at the local market and met many locals who were so friendly. Went to “Junction” (as the locals call it), hiked to Rifle Waterfall, and went to Colorado National Monument. This location was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was well appointed and the kitchen was fully equipped. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. This location is close to downtown and a short drive to hiking and biking trails. We had one issue come up and the management company was super responsive. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Great Home and Location!!
We loved our stay in Fruita, and were especially impressed with this property. My son commented that this is the first vacation rental that felt like home. We used the bikes that are offered with the rental and rented another 2 for our boys to explore the town. I highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting!

Perfect!
The perfect house for a family visiting Fruita. Such welcoming and super responsive hosts. And so dog friendly too! The house is a super short walk to downtown Fruita including restaurants, bike shops, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Perfect accommodations for any family looking to ride bikes in Fruita or just visit the area. We will be back next spring!

Perfect for relaxing in after full days of biking and exploring Fruita! This home is very cute and functional with a nice layout. We especially appreciated its fenced-in yard for our dog, locked shed for bikes, nice showers with hot water & good water pressure, big TV in the living room, fire pit and a nice gift basket with s'mores supplies, snacks, trail maps, etc. Would love to stay here again. A delightful surprise
The Lady Bug is a perfect spot for a family getaway. It is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood with hospitable locals who made us feel welcome. We were a short 4 blocks from downtown Fruita, a charming farming community with excellent local fare and breweries. We had day excursions to the Colorado and Dinosaur National Monuments and Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. The Lady Bug is charming and appointed. We did get a 2:00 am wake up call one morning when all of the smoke alarms went off simultaneously. We managed to quiet them and the property manager came promptly later that morning and rectified the situation. We would like to return to Fruita and try out another rental just for the experience.

We had a great stay at the Lady Bug house. Close to the little downtown area of Fruita. Big yard, very comfortable home, plenty of space for our family. There's a big shed in back that locks to secure your bikes. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing property made for a great vacation!!
This property was amazing! everything we needed and more and pet friendly. My kids loved the yard and I loved all the space we had. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals with my family. The BBQ and patio area were perfect for the nice summer weather we had. The property was clean and very comfortable. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Beautiful home, full of character and charm.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ladybug House in Fruita. It certainly is well constructed with great character and all the modern amenities you could expect. Loved the outdoor area too for evening-time grilling and to allow kids and dog plenty of fenced-in space to run around. Very convenient shed to store bikes. Just a short walk away to central-Fruita too, making it easy to head into town for coffee, food, bike shops, etc. All-in-all a great experience and we hope to return one day!

Perfect fall getaway
The ladybug house is a very cute, clean little house a few blocks from downtown Fruita. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the large yard, we appreciated the locked shed in back for bike storage, and the welcome basket was a nice touch. We were able to walk downtown for dinner, and it's a short drive to multiple good mountain biking trailheads as well as to Colorado National Monument. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for some more epic Fruita mountain biking!

Very happy with choosing The Ladybug House!
Our group of 6 loved everything about this place! Visiting niece in Grand Junction and was only a short drive there. House was even better than the photos showed! Well maintained and well stocked house with spacious fenced yard (perfect for dogs), within walking distance to downtown, comfy beds and nice areas to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again next time!
