Best Vrbo in Fruita!
Came to town with 5 friends to spend the week mountain biking. This location is great because it is convenient and close to both 18 Road and Kokopelli.” trailheads. Hot Tomato, Over The Edge and Copper Brewery are within a two block walk. A Gas Station and City Market grocery also super close and easy to get to. House was clean and very well taken care of. Big garage for storing and working on bikes. Really can’t say enough good things about it. Look no further. This is the one.

This property was a great choice for our group of 4 couples. There was even a 5th bedroom we didn’t use. Walking distance to everything in Fruita.

Great as always.
This was our second stay in two years at this property. It is the can’t miss location for any mtb trip to the area. Walking distance to everything and a short ride to the Loma exit. Highly recommend.

Let’s keep Fruita a secret
Beautiful house, beautiful yard, well stocked and plenty spacious for our family of 6. It was nice to walk anywhere especially to “downtown”.
