  • This superb accommodation with it’s sea views, sunny balconies, all day sun & fantastic sunsets, is situated in the very popular Ronda 1 building in Los Boliches.
    Being first line beachfront it is in an Ideal Location, there is a south/west facing balcony enjoying the sun until sunset.

    There are lovely views from the balcony over the pool & gardens out to the Mediterranean beyond. (Pool open all year round)

    The balcony is spacious, perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing with a book or watching the activities on the beach!

    Los Boliches centre, offering, bars, cafes, restaurants, high street shopping, public transport, banks, a mobile scooter hire shop & much more, is just a 2/3 minute walk away.

    The area has something for everyone, whether you want to unwind, relax and just people watch from the balcony or beach, or you’re feeling energetic and active, and wish to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.

    This apartment has a spacious lounge area with access to the large balcony, a nice bathroom, a fully fitted & equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room, and two good sized bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each.

    There is a free private Car Park at the rear of the building,
    (Spaces are limited & not designated and can’t be guaranteed.

Great apartment with views of the Med. Short walk from train station to apartment. Shops and restaurants nearby. Beach across the road. All went well apart from VBRO instructions sent me to wrong apartment block. Boris the property manager was very helpful and quickly sorted it out.

Good holiday

After an initial hiccup, we arrived at Ronda 1. Apartment was very clean, had a lovely side view of the sea, everything you needed was present. Apartment was near plenty of bars and restaurants. Pool was shared with Ronda 2 but never too overcrowded, did get told off for having a small ball in the pool! All in all a good holiday lease.

Lovely spacious apartment and well equiped. Watch sunrise from balcony 8am and set 5pm with lovely view of the sea. Close to sea, rail station and lovely promenade with lots of bars/restaurants. Large supermarket a short walk. Simon picked us up at the airport so check in was easy and also transfered us on the return journey. Would definately recommend.

This is an excellent flat for a holiday to Fuengirola. The location is perfect: across the road from the wonderful beach, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores nearby. There's also a large supermarket 300m away at the station where you can buy anything you could possibly need. Fuengirola centre about 20-25 minutes walk away has all the amenities you could want. The property is easy to get to from the airport. There is a direct train from Malaga airport to Los Boliches, running frequently, and the flat is close to Los Boliches station. Downstairs from the flat is a beautiful garden and a large-sized swimming pool. The flat itself has a large balcony with excellent views over the sea. It's a good size and well equipped. It was quiet during our stay.

Perfect Location at Ronda the best !

A nice place, beautiful location, great views! We really enjoyed our stay in Ronda. A nice, spacious, clean and homely flat. And oh, did I mention the amazing balcony overlooking the sea? With two spacious bedrooms, even though there were four of us, we had all the space to ourselves. With fresh bread from the luxurious yet affordable bakery and the, supermarket within walking distance, we could enjoy a delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee on the balcony (overlooking the sea). Our days were filled with lying on the beach (less than five minutes' walk and affordable beach-bed rental) swimming pool (pure enjoyment as the garden of the apartment is really beautiful) and a few days exploring the area by car. (Malaga city is highly recommended!) And how nice it is to then come back to a flat that has all the comforts of a home! Nice restaurants within walking distance, and if you feel like doing your own cooking.... You can easily do that! All kitchen utensils are provided. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back to Ronda again so!

Nice view, lovely place, great apartment!

What a pity that we had to go home... We have enjoyed a full week in a lovely apartment with sea view, spacious rooms and great balcony. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped... It is a fine place to stay with friends or family, it feels wonderfully homely. The beach is less than a five minute walk and there are many fine restaurants nearby (also a nice bakery and supermarket). If you want to cook in the apartment, that can easily! The kitchen is fully equipped. Oh, I almost forgot the lovely pool and beatiful garden! We have really enjoyed it... We love to come back sometime, a beatiful place in a nice area!

Een fijne plek, mooie locatie, geweldig uitzicht!

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in Ronda. Een fijn, ruim, schoon en huiselijk appartement. En oh, had ik het geweldige balkon al benoemd met uitzicht op zee? Met twee ruime slaapkamers hadden we ondanks dat wij met ze vieren waren alle ruimte voor onszelf. Met een vers broodje van het luxe maar toch betaalbare bakkertje en de, supermarkt op loopafstand konden wij genieten van een heerlijk ontbijtje en een kop koffie op het balkon (met uitzicht op zee). Onze dagen waren gevuld met liggen aan het strand (nog geen vijf minuten lopen en betaalbare verhuur van strandbedjes) zwembad (puur genieten want de tuin van het appartement is echt prachtig) en een paar dagen de omgeving verkennen met de auto. (Malaga stad is een echte aanrader!) En wat is het toch fijn om dan terug te komen in een appartement wat alle gemakken heeft van een eigen thuis! Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand, en mocht je zelf zin hebben om zelf aan de slag te gaan in de keuken... Dat kan makkelijk! Alle keukengerei is aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten en komen graag nog een keer terug naar Ronda dus!

Nádherný výh?ad na more, bazén a záhradu, apartmánový dom priamo na pláži,supermarket a fantastické trhy s ?erstvým ovocím, zeleninou,rybami a morskými plodmi práve vylovenými z mora len pár minút od apartmánu... K tomu tapas baríky a reštaurácie s vynikajúcou paellou, super po?asie, skrátka nie je ?o doda?, len ur?ite odporú?a? každému, tak ako aj 1-d?ový výlet do zaujímavého Gibraltaru... HEERLIJKE STRANDVAKANTIE

We hebben perfecte vakantiewoning gevonden, volledig ingericht, goed onderhouden en super schoon, met geweldige uitzicht op zee en plaatselijke zwembad met tuin. Het was week puur genieten van heerlijk weertje samen met mijn vriendin, zus en haar zoontje. We hebben alleen maar mooie herinneringen op Fuengirola met haar lange schone zandstranden, gezellige boulevard met restaurantjes en barretjes, plaatselijke vismarkt en groentemarkt met alle heerlijke verse producten...echt en aanrader... Good Value Suntrap For All Ages

Once Simon met us at the airport everything ran smoothly. The apartment overlooks the mouth of a dry riverbed, so the nearest buildings are further away, and it has extensive views of the beach and sea. It is reached by 2 lifts, which always seem available, and has a secure front door. There is a safe. The balcony extends from south-east to southwest, so the sun is with you until it sets over the mountains behind. We made good use of the gardens and pool, which are visible from the balcony. Beds are comfortable and towels and bed linen ample. Washing machine, TV, cooker, microwave, etc. are all easy to use. The nearby seafront has a selection of bars, and cafes and a couple of shops. One selling mainly beach clothes and beach items and the other, mainly food and drink, etc. The Supercor supermarket and local covered market are a few minutes walk, as is the station. The nearest bus stops are at the nearby BP Garage( to Carvajal) and behind the VW showroom(Miramar and central Fuengirola). Excursions pick-up near the BP Garage(Seat 600 roundabout). Just what we needed for a happy relaxing holiday. Simon and Dawn could not have been more helpful. We were sad to go when Simon picked us up to leave for the airport, but we hope to return.

Excellent seafront location.

This is a great holiday rental. Right on the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Dawn and Simon were very helpful with the whole booking process from beginning to end and Simon was there to meet us on arrival. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need although kitchen a bit small but fine if you don't plan on doing much cooking which we didn't as its so cheap to eat out. Would definitely go back to the apartment. The only thing to be aware of is the additional charge for the air conditioning. It runs on a pay as you go meter for a 14 day stay it cost 50 Euro although it was very hot so was on quite a bit. But would still go back!!!

Property is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and local amenities. For a family of 4 the apartment was well laid out and small home from home touches. We enjoyed the views overlooking the sea from the balcony.

Bra storlek för 4 personer. Allt som man kan behöva fanns på plats i lägenheten. Simon som tog emot oss var hjälpsam och trevlig. Fantastisk balkong med havsutsikt. Bra läge i förhållande till affärer och restauranger.

Great location,large balcony sea views

Great location, big sunny balcony with sea views. This apartment is in a great location in Los Boliches.Short walk to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and two minutes to the beach. It is well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment and the whole complex is cleaned to a high stand and well maintained. We stayed in September the pool was very warm and never crowded. Simon the agent will meet you on arrival and show you round the apartment he is very friendly and professional he is always available on the phone should you have any problems. The WIFI is very reliable and the aircon is efficient and economical to run, it was very hot during our stay cost was only 13euro for the 23 day stay. The balcony is large with wonderful sea views, catches the sun most of the day. Had a wonderful holiday would highly recommend this apartment.
