Maintenance and Cleaning



The accommodation must be returned in a reasonably tidy and clean condition. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, deducted directly from the security deposit, in the following cases:



Excessive dirtiness throughout the accommodation.

A considerable amount of dirty dishes left unwashed.

Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. Guests are responsible for disposing of rubbish in the designated street containers before departure.

Irreversible damage to towels or bed linen caused by make-up, creams, chemical products, or similar substances.

Services, Works and Surroundings



At Mojo Rentals, we strive to ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant stay. The accommodation is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival. However, guests acknowledge and accept the following:



As this is a privately owned accommodation located within Hotel El Puerto, guests do not have access to the hotel's communal facilities, including but not limited to the swimming pool, rooftop terrace, gym, or any services reserved exclusively for hotel guests.



We are not responsible if any communal areas of the building are temporarily closed, restricted, or affected by maintenance works, management decisions, or legal regulations.



Community Maintenance Works



We are not responsible for noise or visual disturbances resulting from maintenance, conservation, or renovation works carried out in the building's common areas, such as façade works, entrance halls, lifts, gardens, or other communal spaces.



External and Third-Party Works



We are also not responsible for dust, noise, or inconvenience caused by construction, renovation, or maintenance works taking place on neighbouring properties, nearby public spaces, or surrounding streets. As these activities are beyond our control, they do not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.
