Welcome to this lovely apartment located in the middle of Los Boliches on the popular avenue, a stone's throw from the beach and the 8km long promenade in Fuengirola. The apartment is in a lively area with everything you need right on your doorstep, from freshly baked bread from the bakery across the street, to cafes, restaurants, shops and much more just a short walk away. The train station is only a couple of minutes' walk away and you can easily get to and from the airport and Malaga City. It is barely 160m from the door to the beach of Los Boliches, here the sand is fine-grained and there are Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) every 150m where you can experience the true Mediterranean cuisine consisting of locally caught fish grilled over an open fire. On the promenade there are also parking spaces and a large selection of restaurants and bars. When you step through the door, you are greeted by a bright and modern apartment with a well-equipped kitchen directly to the right, here you have a small stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and much more for cooking during the holiday. Further in, you have the living room with a dining group for 4 people, a comfortable sofa that can be folded out into a double bed, a smart TV and a cozy French balcony with a view of the lively street outside. The bedroom has a large double bed as well as a ceiling fan and its own exit to the French balcony. There is a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A/C in the living room, WIFI, Smart TV and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.
