This ground floor house with more than 130 square metres of interior space and about 150 square metres of exterior space is ideal for 6 people who want to enjoy a holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is located in one of the most sought after urbanisations in Fuengirola, called HIGUERÓN WEST. It is just a step away from the Higuerón Hotel, 1.5 km from the Carvajal train station and 2 km from the Carvajal promenade.

The house is very spacious and consists of 3 large bedrooms, 3 double beds of more than 1.60 cm each. The beds are very comfortable and were imported from Bali, Indonesia. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors that let in plenty of light during the day. Each bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space for clothes, luggage etc.

There is a further bathroom with shower off the hallway and a separate toilet at the end of the hallway.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is a unique space. There is a small island with a cooker surrounded by stools. This space is ideal for breakfast or preparing some dishes for your guests while they entertain in the spacious living room with a dining table for 8, two sofas and a 60+ inch television.



From the living room you have access to a covered terrace of 45 square metres and a garden of about 50 square metres. On the terrace there is a dining table with 8 chairs and a small lounge with 3 armchairs and a small table. The main attraction of this wonderful property is the private swimming pool of approximately 15 square metres and a depth of approximately 1.20 metres. The garden area is L-shaped and faces south and west with a total area of 112 square metres. Both the pool and the garden are maintained once a week by a pool attendant who normally comes on Friday mornings.

The use of the pool must be responsible so as not to disturb the peace of the neighbors, therefore parties and jumping into the pool are forbidden. This rule must be strictly adhered to, otherwise the deposit may be withheld or you may be evicted. A gas barbecue and a parking space for one car are at your disposal.

You will have access to several communal swimming pools on site if you wish, as well as Higuerón West's sanitary facilities. Higuerón West has a wide range of facilities. The sports club occupies a spacious 12,000m2 area and has a high-tech gymnasium. The award-winning Nagomí Spa is dedicated to beauty, wellness and relaxation. There is a wide range of dining options, from cafes to bars and restaurants. With the exception of the resort's outdoor swimming pools, all activities are subject to a charge. Prices can be checked on arrival at the Club Reception.



Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00 and check-out is by 11:00 in the morning. Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is 60 EUR extra and after 22:00 is 100 EUR extra. Please let us know your arrival time in advance
