The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace, and two with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms, both with large spacious showers.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, with ceiling fans in the double bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.



There is a community parking lot with a gate, light in the building and a swimming pool in the garden.



It is less than 10 minutes walking (600 m) from the Miramar shopping centre, 8 minutes walking from the beach (550 m), bus stop nearby and 1.2 km from the train station.
