Your host Ronnie, was available during your stay and would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns or issues you had at the time. We always encourage our guests to inform their hosts immediately if there are any issues so that they can take the necessary steps to address them promptly. We note your comments regarding the parasols, mosquito screens and fan/air conditioning. None of these amenities are available at this property. This is reflected in the list of amenities within the advert, and the photos in the advert do not show them as being present. We strive to provide accurate and transparent information about our properties, so guests can make informed decisions before booking, and check that the property meets their requirements. The listings are also updated regularly with relevant information. We are sorry you were disturbed by noise from the bakery below the apartment.
